The Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Unifind Consulting, holds Bachelor's degree in Chemistry , and Master's degree with Polymer Technology from Eastern Michigan University. Combining her strong academic background with a passion for international education consulting, she is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and strategic solutions for students. Ayşe brings a unique vision to Unifind Consulting through her scientific mindset and multicultural perspective.
Kismet Sabra
Co-Founder and President of Unifind Consulting, graduated from Karadeniz Technical University with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Teaching. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, she has been teaching elementary and middle school students in the United States, bringing a deep understanding of student development and academic needs. Kısmet's dedication to education and her hands-on experience make her an invaluable leader in shaping Unifind's student-centered approach.
Damla Sivri
Damla Sivri is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Unifind Consulting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Bahçeşehir University and is currently completing her Master's in Parasitology and Infection Biology at Charles University. With a strong foundation in life sciences and a passion for innovation, Damla leads Unifind's technology and research initiatives, ensuring data-driven strategies and cutting-edge solutions for students around the world.
Zulcenah Sahin
Chief Country Officer at UniFind Consulting, leading operations and strategic partnerships across Türkiye, the United States, and Europe. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (Management and Operations) from Istanbul Arel University. She manages relationships with corporate stakeholders, the education sector, and key business partners, while overseeing brand positioning, market analysis, customer management, and operational processes. With a forward-thinking approach, she plays a key role in shaping country strategy and driving sustainable growth
